You have 30 days to notify us, and we will take the necessary measures.

We do not offer refunds.
Knowing that this is a handmade bag, every effort is made to ensure that it is in perfect condition.

For orders over 300 euros, delivery is free.

As a general rule, deliveries are made by Mondial Relay, with the package being handed over to the nearest relay point.

For other countries, delivery is provided by Bpost, DHL, DPD or other carriers.
