You have 30 days to inform us and we'll take care of it.

Knowing that this is a handmade bag, every effort will be made to ensure that the bag is in perfect condition.

For orders over 300 euros, delivery is free.

In general, deliveries are made by Mondial relay, with the parcel being delivered to the nearest relay point.
In the following countries: France, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Italy, Luxembourg.

For other countries, delivery is made by Bpost/ DHL/DPD or other agencies.
